Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Ashton Legal Group is a Jackson practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
