Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Bright Beacon Housing manages affordable housing communities across Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
