Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
