Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Bright Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 890 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
