Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Meridian Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on intake forms. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
