Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Houston, TX)

Rivermark Clear Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Houston. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
