Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Solutions grows and distributes produce from farms near Honolulu, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
