Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Property Management is a Honolulu property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
