Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities Group looks after properties across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
