Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Hartford, CT)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group is a Hartford company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders.
