Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supplier orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
