Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Grand Rapids area, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis.
