Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Lumen Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
