Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Analytics is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
