Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Foxglove Nest Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Investigate trends in online orders and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
