Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
