Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Northwind Drift Facilities Group is a facilities company in Grand Rapids with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
