Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Grand Rapids caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in tuition and subsidies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
