Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Grand Rapids, MI)

Rivermark Maple Staffing is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
