Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Timber Property Management Partners is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
