Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Northwind Clear Care Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
