Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fresno, CA)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
