Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Cobalt Property Management and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
