Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Linden Freight and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
