Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Civic Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on constituent requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
