Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
