Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Fort Worth, TX)

Nova Corner Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Families are partners. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on learning materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
