Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pine Medical and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
