Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Works is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
