Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Redstone North Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in claims and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on catastrophe response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
