Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Harbor Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in fare systems and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
