Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Loom Early Learning Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
