Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Clear Telecom is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
