Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 579 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in policy renewals and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on catastrophe response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
