Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood West Environmental Services and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on service complaints. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
