Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove River Markets Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
