Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook Meridian Facilities is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on supply orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
