Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
