Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Lumen Meridian Facilities is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders.
