Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
