Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Haven Medical Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
