Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
