Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Cincinnati, OH)

Summit Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in materials orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
