Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Chicago, and we need a Senior Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
