Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Legal Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
