Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
