Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

Amberfield Maple Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis.
