Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Hollow Health Group and adding a Senior Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
