Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Rivermark Pike Auto Group is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on warranty claims. • Python or R for analysis.
