Senior Data Analyst - customer trends (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Haven Pharma is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
